2015 Inspired Fourplay

The Inspired Fourplay Pro features a revised frame and upgraded component specification that means the complete bike offers even better value for money and all-round performance. Geometry changes, including shorter chainstays and lower bottom bracket height, help to improve the manoeuvrability and responsive handling of the Fourplay making it more focused for modern street riding. The front of the frame features butted tubes to help reduce weight whilst strength is maintained by using external top and down tube gussets. To increase strength, stiffness and tyre clearance the Fourplay uses a development of the proven one-piece bottom bracket and chainstay yoke found on the previous model. Excess material has been removed from this area to help reduce the weight while shortening the chainstays and maintaining the associated performance benefits. The rear of the frame features exclusive-design seat and chainstay tubing that improve both crank and heel clearance. On the left side of the frame, a forged disc mount combines with an additional gusset and bracing tube to create a solid mount for the rear brake. The custom, forged Inspired dropouts and neat integrated tensioner mount help to maintain the clean and stylish look of the frame, while improved weld angles and contact area help to maximise strength. Built with a range of Inspired and Truvativ products, no corners have been cut to get the durable and quality bike spec we wanted for a reasonable price. Up front is a Inspired Team fork that features a new 7075 steerer design, Inspired High Riser bar with Trialtech Sport stem and FSA Orbit headset. Truvativ Hussefelt trials cranks create the platform for an excellent drivetrain with a KMC chain, Trialtech platform pedals and custom single sided sprung chain tensioner completing the setup. Braking duties are taken care of by Avid hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, giving the rider the necessary level of control they require. For the wheels, we decided on upgrading to drilled Inspired Team rims built onto Trialtech’s super-smooth disc hubs front and rear. Available in Gloss Red or Shot Blast Silver colour schemes.

2014 Inspired Skye

Named in honour of the small Scottish island where Danny MacAskill grew up, the Skye has been developed to meet the specific and evolving demands of a new generation of progressive street and trials riders. Inspired Fourplay Team

For 2011 the Inspired Fourplay Team has received subtle geometry changes and an improved component spec to ensure that it maintains its position as the 24” bike that is leading the way for street riders around the world. As more and more riders discover the benefits of riding a versatile 24" bike, the Fourplay is allowing them to push the level of riding everytime they get on their bike. The slightly lower bb and shorter wheelbase mean riders will benefit from more stability when manualling as well as a bike that is generally more manoeuvrable, especially for spins/rotations. To make the most of the improved geometry, front and rear disc brakes are fitted as standard, giving riders more control for manuals and adding to the smooth, flowing riding style the bike encourages. The front of the frame features an externally butted and tapered headtube, with strength improved further by using external top and downtube gussets. To increase strength, stiffness and tyre clearance the Fourplay uses a one-piece bottom bracket and chainstay yoke. Excess material has been removed from this area to help reduce the weight while maintaining the associated performance benefits. The rear of the frame features exclusive-design seat and chainstay tubing that improve both crank and heel clearance, while on the left side of the frame a CNC machined disc mount combines with an additional gusset and bracing tube. The compact CNC machined dropouts and neat CNC gear hanger maintain the clean and stylish look of the frame, while improved weld angles and contact area help to maximise strength. Using components from some of the world’s leading manufacturers results in a bike that is capable of performing at the very highest level of street riding. Steering is handled by custom Inspired Team forks, Trialtech 3D forged stem, Inspired 7075 riser handlebars and lock-on grips. Drivetrain components are Truvativ Holzfeller trials crankset, super grippy Inspired Team platform pedals, KMC chain and an exclusive Trialtech chain tensioner. Custom Hope Tech-Trial disc brakes front and rear offer excellent braking power in all weather conditions and improved control, helping riders to develop a smoother and more stylish style. The wheels are 100% handbuilt in the UK using Sapim Race double butted spokes, Inspired drilled rims and Hope Pro 2 EVO Trials hubs front and rear. 2015 Inspired Skye Team 24"

The Skye Team 24" street bike, as ridden by street riding legend Danny MacAskill in his incredibleImaginate and Epecuén videos. With a classy shot blast blue finish, custom geometry (as requested by Danny himself) and an updated spec, Danny's signature bike is now better than ever! Named in honour of the small Scottish island where Danny grew up, the Skye has been developed to meet the specific and evolving demands of a new generation of progressive street and trials riders. The geometry of the frame and fork has been refined by continual testing and feedback from Danny and the knowledge and experience gained from producing the world’s leading street bikes. The Skye frame has short chainstays and tight wheelbase, resulting in a livelier and more responsive ride making it much quicker on the back wheel; perfect for the advanced tricks and creative lines that today's street riders are pulling! The intimidating and dangerous nature of the lines that Danny rides on a daily basis means that it is vital to have 100% confidence in the bike. The Skye Team frame and fork, therefore, feature bolt through axles to ensure that everything stays in place no matter what you throw at it. Coupled with a one-piece bottom bracket and chainstay yoke and unique forged seatstay yoke, these features help maximise stiffness and offer sharper reactions and improved feel when riding at the limit. Butted tubing and a lighter yoke design help to keep the overall weight of the bike down while at the same time maximising the frame durability.  The frame features a reinforced +20mm IS disc mount for use with a rear disc brake only. Exclusive-design seat and chainstay tubing improves both crank and heel clearance while the custom forged dropouts and integrated tensioner mount maintain the clean and stylish look of the frame.  The front end has been toughened up with a 1.5" tapered headtube, complemented by 1.5", 7075 aluminium, tapered steerer forks. The complete bike has an updated spec that features many of the components used by Danny himself on his own personal bike. These include custom bolt through Hope hubs, Inspired Arcade bars, Trialtech stem, Danny's signature Continental 24" street tyres and the Inspired Kevlar pivotal seat. Each component has been carefully chosen to provide the high strength and durability that the frame and fork demand without resulting in an excessively high weight. Every aspect of the bike has been analysed to ensure that it performs at the highest level possible and every detail has been considered; even the wheels are individually laced and 100% hand built in the UK by specialists who have the necessary experience to create wheels which can handle just about any level of riding. Available in Shot Blast Blue only.
